Daniela Hantuchova knocked out Ayumi Morita of Japan with a 7-6(1), 6-2 victory on Tuesday. It was a shaky start in the opening set and Daniela fought back from 2-5 to win the set. She truly broke through in the second in a commanding performance that clinched the win.
